5.7 Ejection System.

Mostly the designer develope mold construction only to create ejection system to make mold could run efficiently and automatically during production.

Many various ejection system to drop out the product like below :

Mold with mechanical double ejection and cam lever.

1.mold open   2.slider open by angular pin   3.machine push the ejector plate by ejector rod and ejector pin 1 moving together to push release the product from thread   4.some distance, the cam lever push the ejector pin 2 and ejector plate moving together to drop the product by stripper ring after the product release from the thread.





Mold with two direction unscrew system by spindle, helical nut and thread bushing.

1.mold open  2.together mold open,slider open also the spindel pull out and turn the helical nut to make core turn and retreat by the gear, when the core turning, in the same time the male indentation hold the product stay until the thread of product release from the core   3.some distance, puller stroke pin, pull stripper plate to drop the product from the core.





Three plate mold with mechaanical double ejection and nylon puller.

1.mold open   2.during mold open nylon puller 1 make fix cavity plate stay still and  make sure parting line between fix cavity plate and runner plate open also parting line between runner plate and top plete open to drop the runner    3.when runner dropped, fix cavity open    4.slider open by angular pin    5.ejector from the machine push foreward the ejector plate 1 and carriege stripper plate because they connected by ejector pin 2    5.in the same time, ejector plate 2 also moving foreward because ejector 1 and ejector 2 conected by nylon puller, ejector plate 2 carriege ejector pin1 to push product out from the core stop foreward by support pillar    6.ejector plate 1 still moving foreward to push the product from lipring at the ejector pin 1 and release the product out.




Mold with one direction unscrewing by hidrolic motor, double ejection and nylon puller.

1.Mold open, during mold opening, ejector sleeve in the fix side push the product to make the product stay still at the moving side    2.core turn by hidrolic motor, in the same time spring pusher push the ejector plate 1 (carriage ejector sleeve) and ejector plate 2(carriage core sleeve) to moving foreward    3.after the core unscrew the thread of the product, ejector plate 2 stop by support pillar    3.the machine by ejector rod  push the ejector plate 1 to drop the product out.





Mold with one direction unscrewing system by hidrolic motor, double ejection, nillon puller and pneumatic autoclosing device.

1. mold open, during mold opening, ejector sleeve in the fix side push the product to make stay still in the moving cavity side   2.core turn by hidrolic motor, in the same time spring push the ejector plate 1 (carriage ejector sleeve) and ejector plate 2 (carriage core sleeve) to moving foreward   3.after the core unscrew the thread of the product, ejector plate 2 stop by support pillar    4.pneumatic 1 push to make ejector plate 1 and ejector plate 2 stay when the autoclosing device working to pus the product close    5.ejector rod from the machine push ejector plate 1 to make the product drop.
